Effective from 17 June 2026 and until further notice

1. DEFINITIONS

“Agreement” means these general terms and conditions, including all appendices and amendments made from time to time, the customer’s registration for the service, and any specific terms expressly agreed in writing between Elementric and the customer.

“Elementric”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Elementric AB, corporate registration number 559302-9092, or its subcontractors.

“Customer”, “you” or “your” means you, in your capacity as a consumer and customer of Elementric in respect of the Service.

“Dripspy” means a textile-based, wirelessly connected leakage sensor developed by Elementric and sold to consumers through resellers.

“Service” means a digital supplementary service for the Dripspy provided by Elementric, the purpose of which is to enable consumers to register, monitor and manage their drip mats.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE

2.1 These general terms and conditions (the “agreement”) apply between Elementric AB (“Elementric”) and the customer using the service (the “customer”). The agreement governs the customer’s use of the digital service connected to the drip mat.

2.2 The service comprises a mobile application (the “app”) and associated cloud-based systems enabling the registration, monitoring, alarm management and administration of drip mats. The app is made available through App Store or Google Play.

2.3 The customer will gain access to the service once the app has been downloaded; a user account has been registered and at least one compatible Dripspy has been activated in the app.

Access to the service is subject to the customer’s acceptance of this agreement and compliance with the necessary technical requirements, including a compatible 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and an internet connection.

2.4 The service may be used in Sweden and in other countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) where the available communications and Internet infrastructure permits the operation of the service.

At present, there are no known geographical restrictions limiting the use of the service to Sweden. However, the functionality of the service may be affected by local laws, regulatory requirements, radio spectrum regulations, telecommunications networks, Internet service providers or other circumstances beyond Elementric’s control.

2.5 The Dripspy is a type-approved and RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden) -evaluated product intended for the detection of water leaks in buildings.

The Dripspy constitutes an independent safety product and functions as a local, non-connected water alarm even without a connection to the service.

2.6 The service constitutes the digital, connected and non-safety-critical functionality associated with the Dripspy and is provided as a SaaS-based system.

The service provides functionality such as remote monitoring, notifications, historical data, system administration and the management of multiple devices.

The service is not a prerequisite for the local alarm function of the drip mat.

2.7 The service may be integrated with external systems to the extent that such integrations are made available by Elementric from time to time.

Elementric shall not be responsible for the functionality, compatibility or availability of third-party products, third-party systems or external platforms.

2.8 If the customer has any questions regarding the service or requires support, the customer may contact Elementric at support@elementric.com or by telephone at +46 8 525 128 92.

3.1 Elementric may from time to time offer separate supplementary services or functions (“supplementary services”) which the customer may choose to activate.

Supplementary services shall only be provided following the customer’s express order and may be subject to additional charges, including, but not limited to, SMS-based alarm services.

3.2 Specific terms and, where applicable, separate pricing shall apply to each supplementary service.

By activating and/or purchasing a supplementary service, the customer enters into a separate agreement with Elementric in respect of the specific supplementary service.

3.3 In the event of any conflict between these general terms and conditions and the specific terms applicable to a supplementary service, the specific terms shall prevail in respect of the supplementary service concerned.

3.4 The provision of supplementary services shall not otherwise affect the customer’s rights and obligations under this agreement, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific terms applicable to the supplementary service.

4. DISTANCE CONTRACTS AND CONSUMER INFORMATION (PAID SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES)

4.1 Where a supplementary service is provided to a consumer for payment, the swedish act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises and applicable consumer protection legislation shall apply.

The customer is hereby informed that:

If the customer expressly consents to the supplementary service commencing during the withdrawal period and acknowledges that the service may commence immediately, the right of withdrawal may cease once the service has been fully performed.

5. USE OF THE SERVICE

The customer is solely responsible for having the equipment, software, hardware and systems required to access and use the service.

Elementric shall not be required to provide the customer with any such equipment, software, hardware or systems.
