Start with one building
One building shows you the coverage, and what the caretakers make of it, before anyone signs for four hundred kitchens.

Gateways, not tenant WiFi
Each gateway covers the flats assigned to it. Nothing depends on a tenant's router, password, or being at home.

Fit and register
Each mat is registered to its flat and room as it is fitted, so an alarm names a kitchen rather than a serial number.

Then watch, not chase
A heartbeat twice a day says a mat is alive, and anything the server does not acknowledge is sent again. The battery lasts ten years or more.

First in Sweden with RISE CR 139 — and designed to go under the appliance, not beside it.
RISE type approval C901469 under certification rule CR 139, issued 18 March 2026 — the first connected water alarm in Sweden to hold one. It lies flat under the dishwasher, the fridge, or in the sink cabinet, and senses across the whole mat instead of at a single point, so a drip is found where it falls. The approval covers either WiFi or LoRaWAN communication, and it meets Säker Vatteninstallation 2026:1, the Swedish plumbing industry's rule that calls for a certified leak alarm in new and renovated kitchens.

What a kitchen leak costs, in writing.
